Solar Project Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and leading rooftop solar projects across Tamil Nadu. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects, including design and commissioning. It is essential to ensure that timelines, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project. Your key responsibilities will include project planning and execution, technical oversight, vendor and material management, team coordination and leadership, documentation and approvals, as well as client and stakeholder management. To be successful in this role, you must have a B.E. / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Renewable Energy. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of experience in solar project execution, specifically with rooftop systems, is required. A deep understanding of Tamil Nadu solar policies, TANGEDCO regulations, and CEIG norms is also essential.
