Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and experienced Solar Design Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have in-depth knowledge of solar PV system design, electrical layout preparation, and technical documentation for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed solar PV system layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Perform site assessments and prepare technical feasibility reports.
• Conduct load calculations, cable sizing, inverter selection, and system optimization.
• Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with the project and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, IEC, and electrical safety standards.
• Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV design (rooftop/ground-mounted).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of solar system design standards and grid connectivity.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
