Solar Design Engineer

This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Design Engineer. As a Solar Design Engineer at Green Pulse Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar energy systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting site assessments, analyzing solar potential, designing system layouts, and creating electrical drawings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of solar projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience in solar design, including the use of software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar Knowledge of electrical systems and codes, as well as solar industry best practices Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to perform site assessments and determine solar potential Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with project management and ensuring timely completion of deliverables Knowledge of renewable energy policies and regulations Passion for sustainability and renewable energy  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
