Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3-6 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, ChennaiJobType: full-time

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by conducting field visits for existing leads, identifying new prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers through consultative selling.
Identify and develop new sales channels and channel partners to expand market reach.
Engage prospects by understanding their energy needs and recommending suitable solar solutions, including upselling value-added services.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using CRM and sales management tools.
Provide ongoing customer support, guidance, and post-sale assistance to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Suggest service enhancements and improvement opportunities to increase customer value and retention.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Support and execute on-ground marketing and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Actively participate in sales meetings, reviews, and team discussions to share insights and improve performance.
