Capable of exercising sound holistic independent judgement and take responsibility and accountability for their own performance and that of junior team members. Able to understand and comply with the Code of Conduct operated by professional institution Demonstrate appropriate professionais standards, recognizing obligations to society, the profession and the environment Effective personal and social skills Able to manage diversity issues Technical ownership of safe design processes which consider safety during construction, operation and decommissioning through the use of hazard identification and risk assessment during design development.
