Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for sales through project customers. Will be finding out new sales opportunities for sales. Project sales for entire UP and Rajasthan. Will be dealing with civil contractors and Govt. clients for project acquisition and sales. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with min. 4 yrs of exp into project sales.
Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the South Region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, engineering firms, contractors and developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions and support project execution. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Qualified as B.E. | B Tech Civil and with an MBA, preferably in sales and marketing. Experience in developing solutions in civil / infrastructure projects, negotiating and closing/winning projects with contractors, consultants, and owners. Strong demonstrated network with key accounts and ability to develop good relationship with customer in the Region. Ability to develop and promote internal and external collaboration with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and convert to sales major projects.
