Job Summary:

LM TECH’S is looking for a passionate and skilled Software Trainer to join our growing technical training team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programming concepts, a flair for teaching, and at least one year of experience in training or mentoring students in software development or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions on programming and software development tools.
• Plan and schedule both individual and batch training sessions based on student needs and course structure.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments.
• Guide students through hands-on coding projects and real-time examples.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest software tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and teaching delivery.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and technical bootcamps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in software or IT domains.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Node.js, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing materials and presentations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for students of varying skill levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
