Job Title: Software Trainer Institution: LM TECH’S (Technical and Technologies Training Institute) Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience Job Summary: LM TECH’S is looking for a passionate and skilled Software Trainer to join our growing technical training team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programming concepts, a flair for teaching, and at least one year of experience in training or mentoring students in software development or related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions on programming and software development tools. Plan and schedule both individual and batch training sessions based on student needs and course structure. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments. Guide students through hands-on coding projects and real-time examples. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest software tools, frameworks, and technologies. Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and teaching delivery. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and technical bootcamps. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in software or IT domains. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.). Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Node.js, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing materials and presentations. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical topics for students of varying skill levels.
