Job Title: Software Trainer – Python and Java Full Stack

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Trainer to lead and deliver training programs in Python and Java Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools, a strong grasp of full stack development principles, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules on Python, Java, frontend and backend technologies
• Conduct classroom and online sessions with structured curriculum
• Prepare training materials, hands-on coding exercises, and assessments
• Mentor trainees and provide one-on-one guidance
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies into the curriculum
• Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate trainee progress and maintain training standards

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Python and Java programming
• Experience in frameworks like Django/Flask (Python), Spring/Spring Boot (Java)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular
• Backend development and RESTful API design
• Database management: MySQL, MongoDB
• Version control systems: Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in full stack development
• Prior experience in technical training or mentoring is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
