Software Testing Trainer

Role

Artifact Geeks is looking for an experienced Software Testing Trainer who can deliver high-quality training in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and AI-powered Testing Tools. The trainer should be passionate about teaching, hands-on with tools, and able to guide students from beginner to job-ready level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and Testing Tools.
• Teach testing fundamentals: SDLC, STLC, test case design, defect lifecycle, agile testing.
• Provide hands-on training on:
• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
• API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured)
• Test Automation Frameworks
• Git & GitHub
• AI Testing Tools (Testim, Katalon, LambdaTest AI, etc.)
• Prepare training materials, assignments, quizzes, and real-time project work.
• Guide students on interview preparation, resumes, and job readiness.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure industry-relevant, practical, and engaging training delivery.
• Support students through Q&A, doubt sessions, and live project mentoring.

Skills & Expertise RequiredTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
• Expertise in Automation Testing using:
• Selenium WebDriver
• Playwright or Cypress
• TestNG / JUnit
• Maven / Gradle
• Knowledge of API Testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions – optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-based testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Git, GitHub.

Training Skills

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience mentoring or training students is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and student-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Prior training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Certifications like ISTQB, Agile Tester, or Automation Tool Certs are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,573.67 - ₹30,911.34 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
