Location: Chennai – Tidel Park

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Testing Trainer who can comfortably train students in Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Java + Selenium), and API Testing (Postman & Rest Assured).

If you enjoy teaching and have solid hands-on experience in testing, this role will suit you well.

What You’ll Do

Conduct classroom sessions at our Chennai Tidel Park center.

Teach concepts in a simple, practical, and real-time manner.

Provide hands-on training, assignments, and real project examples.

Prepare and update training materials whenever needed.

Help students with interview preparation and assessments.

Track trainee progress and share constructive feedback.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of industry experience in Software Testing.

Strong knowledge of Manual, Automation (Java + Selenium), and API Testing.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation.

Clear communication skills and the ability to explain concepts to beginners.

Passion for training and mentoring.

Qualifications

Relevant degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Any IT-related field).

Certifications in testing (like ISTQB, Selenium, etc.) are an added benefit.
