Software Testing Trainer

As a Software Testing Trainer / Faculty at Arcraft Infotech in Vyttila, Kochi, your role will be to train students and professionals in manual and automation testing concepts. You should have a good understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and practices, and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium/other tools), SDLC, STLC, Test case preparation, Bug tracking tools (like JIRA, Bugzilla). - Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments for students. - Guide and mentor students through practical sessions, real-time scenarios, and projects. - Keep updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry practices. - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. - Assist in curriculum design and improvement of training modules. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Life Cycle, SDLC, STLC. - Basic understanding of Automation Testing tools (Selenium preferred). - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex topics for students. - Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn new tools & technologies.
