About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in content/documentation writing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through thorough testing, while also contributing to clear and effective communication of test results, documentation, and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and functional gaps.

Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

Document defects clearly with proper steps to reproduce and collaborate with the development team for resolution.

Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and system testing.

Maintain accurate test documentation, reports, and user guides.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.

Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content such as test reports, release notes, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
