Software Test Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Infogix, you will be responsible for performing automated and manual testing in an agile development environment on a modern technology stack. Your key responsibilities will include: - Producing and maintaining automated regression tests for the applications API's and the UI - Conducting manual exploratory testing across the entire application stack - Ensuring that Stories meet the acceptance criteria - Verifying that the product meets expectations in terms of stability and performance - Reporting and tracking defects - Continually evaluating the test automation approach for improvements - Contributing to backlog refinement sessions to estimate the test effort for new and updated features (stories) - Collaborating with the Scrum team to plan, manage, and complete work on time and with satisfactory quality - Creating and maintaining any necessary test documentation - Performing any other duties as assigned The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience - 3-6 years of testing experience - Experience in working in an agile development environment would be desirable - Strong background in automated testing - Scripting knowledge, ideally in Groovy and Python - Experience using issue tracking software, ideally Jira - Experience with a source code management tool - Good knowledge of Windows and Linux - Ability to work independently and manage your own workload,
