Infogix is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct automated and manual testing in an agile development setting, utilizing a contemporary technology stack. The successful candidate will create automated test scripts for backend and frontend, identify defects, and collaborate with the team to enhance product functionality. Responsibilities: - Generate and update automated regression tests for API's and UI of applications. - Perform manual exploratory testing across the complete application stack. - Ensure that Stories meet the acceptance criteria set. - Guarantee that the product complies with stability and performance expectations. - Document and monitor defects. - Continuously assess the test automation strategy for enhancements. - Contribute to backlog refinement sessions to estimate the testing effort for new and revised features. - Collaborate closely with Scrum team members to plan, supervise, and accomplish tasks on schedule and at an acceptable quality level. - Develop and maintain any essential testing documentation. - Fulfill any other assigned duties. Required Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field experience. - Have 3-6 years of testing experience. - Experience in working within an agile development environment is advantageous. - Strong background in automated testing. - Proficient in scripting, especially in Groovy and Python. - Familiarity with issue tracking software, particularly Jira. - Knowledge of source code management tools. - Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. - Capable of working independently and managing workload effectively.,
