Software Test Engineer

As a software tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests on software usability. Your role will involve conducting tests, analyzing results, and providing detailed reports to the design team. You will also be involved in software requirements gathering, test scenario preparation, and analyzing the impact of tests on database errors and usability. Additionally, your responsibilities will include participating in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product design, and identifying potential problems. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of software testing experience and a strong understanding of black box testing methodologies. Knowledge of agile methodologies is desired, and experience with API testing, Mobile Testing, and test automation tools like Selenium will be advantageous. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, along with good interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with software test analysis and development, as well as test management tools like JIRA and Qmetry, is also preferred.
