Job Description:
Inexoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Software Technical Support Manager to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing support operations, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the software technical support team
Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations
Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base
Collaborate with the development team to resolve critical bugs and feature requests
Monitor support performance metrics and implement improvements
Train and mentor support staff to enhance skills and efficiency
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Education: BCom, MCom, BCA, or MCA
Minimum 3 years of experience in software technical support, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting methods
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong organizational and team management abilities
