What You’ll Do

• Architect & Lead full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, Python, and PostgreSQL—across Azure and AWS.
• Own System & Software Design: define architecture, patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Hands‑on Coding & Mentorship: lead by example, write mission‑critical code, and perform peer reviews.
• Drive Delivery: from roadmap to launch—especially high‑visibility enterprise products.
• Infuse AI/ML: design and build generative‑AI/NLP pipelines for B2B workflows.
• Operate in Ambiguity: Thrive in a high‑stakes startup culture, make fast, bold decisions.
• Collaborate Globally: work flexible hours with distributed teams and enterprise clients.

What You Bring (Note: We are not hiring fresh college graduates for this particular role. We will soon open more intern roles shortly.)

• 10+ years in software engineering with 4–6 years in architecture/leadership
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, Python, PostgreSQL, plus cloud stacks (AWS & Azure).
• Proven track record: delivered and launched large‑scale enterprise products—ideally in B2B SaaS or AI domains.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Practice-driven understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
• Experience designing AI‑driven features—think OpenAI, RAG, NLP pipelines
• Comfort in fast-paced startup culture, pivoting under pressure, with global/distributed teams—flexible hours
• Risk-taking attitude with confidence to present in a room full of C-Level executives.
• Hunger to build a global giant

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Prior exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and GenAI techniques
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
