Job Title: Product Consultant (Enterprise SaaS)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join our high-performing team that supports a leading event marketing and automation platform (client name confidential). You will play a key role in resolving complex client issues, managing support cases end-to-end, and collaborating with internal teams to elevate the client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and resolve advanced client queries, including bug-related issues, detailed event setups, and complex platform configurations
• Conduct research to provide strategic recommendations that drive platform adoption and expansion
• Deliver enterprise-level support for a marketing event platform and its integrations, ensuring seamless case management from intake to resolution
• Apply creative problem-solving and critical thinking to real-world use cases
• Maintain detailed documentation of client workflows, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
• Support high-tier clients with strategic program management and ongoing technical guidance
• Take on added responsibilities such as project involvement, mentoring, or subject matter expertise as you grow in the role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, customer success, or product support role
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, ideally in marketing automation or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to customer service
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
