Job Responsibility

  • Software technicians help clients understand, use, and troubleshoot their computer systems and programs
  • The ability to respond positively and quickly to changes in circumstances.
  • The ability to ask the right questions to understand the user's situation, develop solutions, and implement them.
  • The ability to notice even the smallest errors in the software.
  • Performed Black Box Testing.
  • Strong QA and Testing Management
  • Creating Test Cases and executing the same
  • Logging Defects in the Defect Tracking Tool.
  • User Interface Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing.
  • Plan and coordinate all cycles of testing, including functional-level system tests business
  • Ability to deal with senior IT management
  • Must have strong communication skills
