As a Software Support Specialist at Fujishka Solutions, your primary role will involve providing exceptional technical support to our clients for the smooth operation and optimal utilization of our ERP software. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding software-related issues. - Assisting clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Providing clear and concise instructions to clients on software functionality and features. - Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software issues in a timely manner. - Collaborating with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and actions taken. - Creating and updating knowledge base articles to assist clients in self-resolution. - Conducting training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the ERP software. - Developing and updating training materials to reflect software updates and improvements. - Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical users. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and product improvement suggestions. - Participating in quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and stability of the ERP software. - Working closely with the development team to test and validate software updates.
