equirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with customer support platforms.
  • Strong understanding of support workflows, ticketing systems, and CS operations.
  • Experience with automation, integrations, and API-based tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate support team needs into technical configurations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or migrating customer support software.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or scripting tools.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or customer-facing roles.

Pay: ₹10,504.86 - ₹33,918.57 per month
