Software Support

As a Software Support professional, you will play a crucial role in providing customer-focused assistance to users, ensuring smooth operation of our product. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the primary point of contact for software-related queries and issues - Investigating and troubleshooting problems reported by users - Escalating complex issues to the technical team with clear summaries - Collaborating with product and development teams to communicate user feedback - Maintaining documentation and internal records of known issues - Supporting the rollout of new features To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Clear communication abilities with both technical and non-technical users - Previous experience in software support, helpdesk, or similar roles - A focus on quality and user experience - Eagerness to learn about our complex and rewarding product Nice to have: - Experience with SaaS products or social care systems - Understanding of software development processes (coding not required) Join us to be a part of a meaningful product that enhances people's quality of life and collaborate with a friendly team.
