Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for software-related queries and issues, investigating and troubleshooting problems reported by users, escalating complex issues to the technical team with clear summaries, collaborating with product and development teams to relay user feedback, maintaining documentation and internal records of known issues, and supporting the rollout of new features. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users, and previous experience in software support, helpdesk, or a similar role. A quality and user experience-oriented mindset, as well as a willingness to learn about our complex and rewarding product, are essential. Nice to have qualifications include experience with SaaS products or social care systems and an understanding of software development processes without the need for coding expertise.
