Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Support Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Software Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and offering customer support. This role involves assisting users in solving their software-related problems and helping them to efficiently utilize the software tools provided by the university.
