We’re looking for a proactive Software Support & Telesales Executive who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Provide product support to customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone Help customers set up flows, campaigns, catalogs, and automation Troubleshoot issues related to messaging, templates, and integrations Conduct follow-up calls with leads and demo bookings Convert trial users to paying customers via phone and WhatsApp Maintain CRM records, tag customers, and manage ticket queues Share product feedback and contribute to improving support processes Required Skills Excellent communication (English, Malayalam, Hindi preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, convincing voice over the phone Experience with WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram tools is a bonus Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn Basic knowledge of SaaS or CRM tools is an advantage Eligibility 1–2 years experience in technical support, telesales, or customer service Bachelor's degree (any stream).
