Hiring: Software Support Engineer (ETL & Healthcare Data) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years | Full-Time We are looking for a highly skilled Software Support Engineer with strong experience in supporting and troubleshooting ETL pipelines, production issues, and healthcare data systems. If you're passionate about optimizing systems, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams — we’d love to connect! Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for ETL jobs and data pipelines Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Automate and monitor workflows using Python, Shell scripting, Talend, and Airflow Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA for issue resolution Document processes, job flows, and deployment steps Support healthcare data transactions (EDI 834, 837, 999, etc.) Tech Stack & Skills: Python, C#, Shell scripting SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB) Airflow, Talend Studio, Redix Azure Service Bus / Kafka CI/CD (Azure Pipelines), Git/Bitbucket JIRA, Agile methodology Nice to Have: Knowledge of Facets, HealthRules Payor Experience with cloud environments Exposure to monitoring tools Job Type: Full-time Shift: Evening shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
