Job Description

JOB PURPOSE (GENERAL NATURE/ OVERVIEW)

Industrial Automation Programmer for Development, Deployment, Testing on Pharmaceutical Packaging Machines software’s as per Syntegon Germany standards.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination with Center of Competence for project requirement, planning and execution.
Development of software as per Center of competence requirements and implementation of new applications on machines.
Software validation and testing using set protocols.
Development of new blocks PLC/HMI/SCADA software for existing / new machines software.
Understanding the functionality of existing PLC and HMI/SCADA software’s and implementing into new platforms.
Preparation, validation and maintenance of software design and functional documentation as per project requirement.

COMPETENCIES

B.E. or Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical
Experience in development of PLC and HMI/SCADA projects.
Expertise development of TwinCat 3 platform.
Know-How and experience on C#, HMI Visual Studio Platform.
Know-How and experience on Inosoft VisiWin platform with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
Knowledge of C programming will be an added advantage.
Domain of Packaging Machines or Special Purpose Machines in Pharmaceutical domain will be preferred.
Expected Experience: 3-5+ Years in Industrial automation.
