PLC Programmer

JOB PURPOSE (GENERAL NATURE/ OVERVIEW)

Industrial Automation Programmer for Development, Deployment, Testing on Pharmaceutical Packaging Machines softwares as per Syntegon Germany standards.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination with Center of Competence for project requirement, planning and execution.

Development of software as per Center of competence requirements and implementation of new applications on machines.

Software validation and testing using set protocols.

Development of new blocks PLC/HMI/SCADA software for existing / new machines software.

Understanding the functionality of existing PLC and HMI/SCADA softwares and implementing into new platforms.

Preparation, validation and maintenance of software design and functional documentation as per project requirement.

COMPETENCIES

B.E. or Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical

Experience in development of PLC and HMI/SCADA projects.

Expertise development of TIA & S7 Siemens Softwares OR Allen Bradleys Control Logix platform.

Know-How and experience on Intouch Wonderware platform is preferred

Know-How and experience on Schneider / Rexroth Motion codesys platform is preferred.

Vast experience in development of PLC Automation softwares.

Knowledge of C programming will be an added advantage.

Domain of Packaging Machines or Special Purpose Machines in Pharmaceutical domain will be preferred.

Expected Experience: 3-5+ Years in Industrial automation
