Job Description

🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Service Delivery Leader with Leading Global IT Services & Consulting - Gurugram


(17+ Years)


Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field

💼 ~20 years’ experience in software service delivery, with 5+ in leadership

⚙️ Strong in SDLC, Agile/DevOps, and Cloud environments

🏆 Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of software services ensuring SLA, KPI, and client satisfaction targets are met.
  2. Define and implement scalable service delivery frameworks and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to shape enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
  4. Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure proactive communication.
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery and engineering teams.
  6. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.
  7. Oversee incident, problem, and change management with strong governance and quality control.
  8. Align with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Support) for seamless execution.
  9. Contribute to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and delivery performance reporting.
  10. Stay ahead of technology trends to strengthen delivery excellence and client value.
