Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our hospital software solutions, building relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for hospital software solutions. Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals and healthcare organizations, through calls, visits, and presentations. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our hospital software offerings, including HIS and clinical information systems, to effectively communicate benefits to clients. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare settings. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for sales growth. • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, outlining progress against targets. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector. Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare software solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
