Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

As a QA Lead for Salesforce, your responsibilities will include developing and evolving formal QA processes in alignment with industry best practices. You will perform various types of testing such as functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing. Creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts for comprehensive test coverage for critical business functions will be crucial. Setting up environments and mock-up data accurately for testing purposes will also be a key part of your role. - Develop and evolve formal QA processes in alignment with industry best practices - Perform various types of testing such as functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing - Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for comprehensive test coverage - Set up environments and mock-up data accurately for testing purposes - Collaborate with the project team to translate requirements into test cases - Report on test results, analyze test data, document findings, and provide feedback - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar or other relevant automation tools - Focus on enhancing test automation coverage and efficiency continuously Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 8+ years of QA experience - At least 5+ years of experience specifically in performing QA duties related to Salesforce - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications for this position: - Experience with Non-Profit Cloud - Familiarity with the Copado DevOps Platform - Salesforce Administrator Certification - Prior experience using test automation tools If you are an immediate joiner and meet the requirements mentioned, we look forward to your application for this role based in Bangalore, Coimbatore, or Mysuru on a full-time basis.,
