Software Project Manager

As a Software Project Manager at White Placard Systems Pvt. Ltd in Ranchi, Jharkhand, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 7+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. Proficiency in modern programming languages, system design, architecture patterns, and experience with agile methodologies and project management tools are essential. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are also required, along with the ability to manage distributed teams. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, prior experience in delivering SaaS products or enterprise software, and certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
