Desired Profile

• 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience
• A project management role in "Custom Software Projects" will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience leading individuals and project team
• A technical background will be a plus.
• Excellent track record in delivering complex projects
• Team leadership & collaboration with remote teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal/written, for internal and external customers
• Results-oriented with ability to prioritise multiple projects to achieve or exceed KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage & deliver multiple project simultaneously
• Responsible for keeping projects within timeline, budget & quality constraints
• Keep the team productive and avoiding idle staff
• Providing cost estimates to support and sales
• Optimise resource allocation and scheduling
• Follow up to ensure work is tracking on schedule and budget
• Reviewing issues within scope constraints
• Review team performance against benchmarks
