We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 - 8 years of relevant project management experience , who is able to handle multiple projects and development teams concurrently, without skipping a beat. You will manage concurrent projects, across multiple clients and industries, throughout the full project life-cycle from project initiation, through successful technology delivery and implementation of process improvements. Please note: We operate in a hybrid project management model and do not follow pure Agile or Scrum methodologies. Desired Profile 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience A project management role in "Custom Software Projects" will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading individuals and project team A technical background will be a plus. Excellent track record in delivering complex projects Team leadership & collaboration with remote teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal/written, for internal and external customers Results-oriented with ability to prioritise multiple projects to achieve or exceed KPI goals.
