• Working with Global Strategic Marketing to define the product vision and roadmap, owning and prioritizing the product backlog, and being embedded within the development team to lead alongside the Delivery Manager

• Own the process of writing high quality user stories, product requirements, and other software specifications, to translate the vision and roadmap into actionable chunks of work, so that the team is fed with a continual supply of well-defined actionable work that minimises rework.

• Drive product improvement ideas that come from the team, and advocate for them with Marketing and other stakeholders, so that the product plan includes great ideas originating from within the team.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a mix of technology platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending new solutions.

• Strong business analysis background, with an ability to focus on the most important facts and identify dependencies.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• High energy, motivated performer.

• High standards to deliver excellence.

• Demonstrated critical thinking.
