Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Function Head based in Ernakulam. The Software Function Head will be responsible for overseeing all software development activities, managing and leading the software development team, and directing project management initiatives. This role includes formulating and executing IT strategies to align with company objectives. The Software Function Head will also be fostering a collaborative work environment to ensure project delivery and performance.✅ Architect scalable platforms and drive modular design strategies✅ Ensure software quality, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and product teams✅ Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team

Qualifications

• Experience in Embedded and Application Software Development and Architectures
• Skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Ability to develop and execute IT Strategy
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record in a similar role
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, and regulated product development
