Software Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Software Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for teaching students to build successful careers in the software field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classes on various software-related subjects (programming, web development, software tools, etc.)
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
• Train students in both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Support students with project guidance and doubt clearing.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field. (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge in at least one or more of the following:
• Programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Software tools: MS Office, Tally, Graphic tools (optional)
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentorship.
• Freshers with good knowledge may also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).

Full-time (Office-based)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
