This role requires an expert level of technical knowledge in motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and components specific to Royal Enfield motorcycles. The Senior Technician will ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while also mentoring and guiding junior technicians. This position also involves interacting with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and vehicle performance. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues specific to Royal Enfield motorcycles, including engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems. Perform complex repairs and troubleshooting on a variety of Royal Enfield models, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Conduct inspections and detailed assessments to ensure all issues are identified and accurately repaired. Carry out scheduled maintenance on Royal Enfield motorcycles, ensuring proper functioning of key systems, such as the engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems. Recommend appropriate service schedules and maintenance tasks to customers, enhancing the performance and longevity of their motorcycles. Provide technical expertise and training to junior technicians, apprentices, and support staff.
