Job Summary: As a Center Head at Sun Education, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our educational center. Academic Program Implementation: · Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs in accordance with curriculum standards and educational objectives. · Monitor teaching methodologies and instructional materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance. · Collaborate with curriculum developers to continuously improve program quality. 3. Student Engagement and Support: · Address student inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. · Organize student orientation sessions and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall student experience. · Implement initiatives to promote student engagement and retention. 4. Administrative Duties: · Manage center operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. · Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. · Prepare reports on center performance, student progress, and other relevant metrics. 5. Community Outreach: · Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, universities, and community organizations. · Represent Sun Education at educational events, conferences, and networking functions. · Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective students and promote brand awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). At least 1 year of experience in the academic field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software platforms. Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence.
