6+ years in backend engineering (Java + Spring ecosystem required).
Experience leading teams or driving end-to-end backend projects.
Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and system design.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Database experience: SQL + NoSQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.
Cloud-native experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience in improving engineering processes or onboarding.
Background in performance optimization or observability tools.
