Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineering Manager, located in New Delhi. The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers, and ensuring high-quality software design and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include project management, designing distributed systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.

Qualifications

Software Development and Software Design skills
Experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
Knowledge of Distributed Systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
