Software Engineering - Lead II

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team, with a focus on React Native and React.js development. The role will involve 25% leadership responsibilities (guiding junior developers, reviewing code, collaborating with stakeholders) and 75% hands\-on technical development across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications .
  

• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product owners) to deliver high\-quality features.
  

• Provide technical leadership , code reviews, and best practice guidance to the team.
  

• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across platforms.
  

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  

• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
  

  Mandatory Skills:
  

  • React Native (mandatory) \strong experience in building cross\-platform mobile apps.
    

  • React.js (mandatory) \proficiency in building dynamic web applications.
    

  • JavaScript (ES6+) \solid programming skills with a deep understanding of modern JS concepts.
    

    Good to Have:
    

    • Experience with TypeScript.
      

    • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, or state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
      

    • Familiarity with mobile app deployment (App Store \/ Play Store).
      

    • CI\/CD exposure for frontend applications.
      

      Experience Required:
      

      • 3\7 years of hands\-on experience in frontend development with React Native & React.js.
        

      • Demonstrated experience working on end\-to\-end projects involving both web and mobile platforms .
        

      • Prior experience in a lead\/mentor role is an advantage.
