About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate – Data Science with 6–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, advanced Python concepts, and machine learning, with hands-on experience in data wrangling and building scalable models. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks and deployment practices is essential. Exposure to business intelligence tools and cloud platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and analytical solutions.
Perform data wrangling and preprocessing on structured and unstructured datasets using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Implement advanced Python techniques for automation and performance optimization.
Build and evaluate models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Document workflows, models, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with emerging trends in ML, AI, and Python ecosystems.
Required Skills
6–10 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and advanced concepts (object-oriented programming, performance optimization).
Expertise in data wrangling and manipulation using Pandas, NumPy.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills..
Preferred Skills
Experience with BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
Experience with LangChain for LLM-based applications
