Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with over 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI development and Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues related to UI applications. This role requires strong expertise in Angular, React and JavaScript, along with basic SQL knowledge to support backend queries and investigations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support and Enhancement for UI applications, ensuring system stability, availability and performance.
• Monitor application logs, identify issues and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Product and Operations) to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
• Apply strong React and JavaScript skills to debug and fix UI-related production issues.
• Use SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot data-related problems.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions and best practices.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue status, resolution progress and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Graduated from Any engineering background such as BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or BCA/MCA.
• 35 years of experience in software development and production support, preferably in UI applications.
• Strong expertise in Angular, React, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
• Experience in AWS environment will be a plus
• Familiarity with debugging tools, browser dev tools, and error monitoring platforms.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle production issues
