We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Junior Developer to join our GBPO Digital Transformation team. This individual will be instrumental in developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using RPA frameworks such as Power Automate and UiPath. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks, as well as the willingness to stretch themselves to achieve exceptional outcomes.

What you will be doing

Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA frameworks such as Power Automate and UiPath.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Document development processes, code changes, and project progress.

What you bring:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of programming experience.
Exposure to Python programming is a must.
Familiarity with RPA frameworks such as PowerAutomate and UiPath.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
High level of curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Willingness to stretch oneself to achieve exceptional outcomes.
