Job Description

Job Summary:

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
(as applicable).
Customize UI actions, client scripts, business rules, and workflows.
Implement and maintain
Service Catalog
,
Incident
,
Problem
,
Change
,
Knowledge
, and
Request Management
processes.
Design and develop
custom applications
and
integrations
using
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain platform integrity by following coding standards and best practices.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and overall platform maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow environments.
Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations.
Collaborate with QA and support teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years
of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of
JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
.

Job Location : Trivandrum/Hyderabad (WFO)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
