We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of key systems and guide our engineering growth. You'll play a crucial role in designing, scaling, and optimizing our systems while mentoring teammates and shaping our engineering culture. Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain applications using Node.js, Golang, Java, and other modern technologies.
Design and manage data pipelines with ETL tools (e. g., Apache Airflow), connecting to MongoDB and SQL databases.
Own and optimize Kafka or similar message queue systems for real-time data.
Partner with DevOps to manage Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead efforts to improve application performance, scalability, and security.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain top-quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior engineers with feedback and knowledge-sharing.
Stay ahead of AI, data engineering, and industry trends to keep our stack modern and competitive.

Requirements

B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science with 3-6 years of software development experience.
Deep expertise in Node.js, Golang, or Java.
Strong experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar message queues.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Proven track record of solving complex problems and optimizing systems.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Apache Airflow or other ETL tools.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container technologies.
Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on with automated testing and quality frameworks.
