We are equipped with solutions & tools to obtain a real time health-status of IT systems. This enables you to be efficient in detecting potential or evident IT service failures, as well as cyber-security incidents. Respond to network incidents and outages promptly, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and service disruption. Coordinate with the managed service provider to ensure the effective implementation and management of SSE solutions, including Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports. Provide support for network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
