Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  high-quality BPM solutions

  using Newgen iBPS.
• Perform

  POC investigations

  and adopt new technologies as needed.
• Ensure best practices in

  Java, Spring Boot, SQL (Oracle/MSSQL), J2EE, and other Java technologies

  .
• Participate in

  design, coding, peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, and UAT

  .
• Troubleshoot issues, including

  log analysis and database query optimization

  .
• Maintain

  confidentiality

  and follow

  Newgen quality processes

  .
• Stay updated on

  emerging development tools and trends

  .

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT)

  with

  60%+ academic record

  .

• 3-8 years

  of experience in

  Newgen iBPS development

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in

  Newgen iBPS

  and

  BPM notation

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Java, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets, SQL/Oracle, and J2EE

  .
• Proficiency in

  API design (REST, SOAP, Swagger, WSDLs)

  .
• Experience with

  Git, SVN, and Azure DevOps (TFS)

  .
• Knowledge of

  system integration, OOP, and multi-tier software development

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork
